Everyday Stories with Taiwanese Charm began as a return to memory. Looking back to childhood in Taiwan, AMCP Studio drew from familiar domestic scenes and everyday symbols that many Taiwanese viewers could immediately recognize — tiled bathrooms, warm kitchens, rice cookers, spinning records, and the quiet rituals of daily life.
The window series imagines a whimsical horse’s home, where each room becomes a small story rooted in Taiwanese visual culture. Rather than using local references as decoration, AMCP Studio treated them as the emotional foundation of the design, allowing Hermès pieces to appear naturally within scenes of humor, warmth, and everyday enchantment.
For AMCP Studio, the project was an opportunity to bring local culture into the Hermès window in a direct and fully expressed way. Through recognizable details and carefully composed scenes, the display invited passersby to see part of their own memories reflected in the windows — creating a quiet sense of belonging within the luxury retail environment.
