THE STUDIO

INSTALLATION WORK — TAIPEI, 2024

AMCP Studio is a Taipei and New York–based spatial design practice founded in 2012 by Annie Yu.

We work across luxury retail, cultural installations, and experiential environments — translating brand narratives into physical form through material research, structural clarity, and precise execution.

Our projects range from intimate window installations to large-scale immersive environments, developed in close collaboration with international brands, artists, and institutions.

Each space is conceived with narrative depth, material integrity, and a presence that endures beyond the moment of encounter.

How we
work.

Every project begins with deep listening. We immerse ourselves in the context — the brand, the space, the audience — before a single line is drawn. What follows is a process of rigorous refinement, from first sketch to final installation.

01

RESEARCH & CONTEXT

We immerse ourselves in the site, the brand, the audience. Every constraint becomes a creative parameter.

02

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Ideas take form through material exploration, spatial studies, and narrative direction. Nothing is arbitrary.

03

DESIGN & DETAILING

Form, proportion, structure, and material systems are refined until each element earns its place.

04

PRODUCTION & INSTALLATION

We oversee every step of fabrication and installation, ensuring the executed space matches the vision exactly.
