Grab & Go Coffee Booth · Jinmao Westin Hotel Nanjing
In the paintings of Ming dynasty artist Qiu Ying, the streets of the south are crowded and alive. We folded that bustle into a grab-and-go coffee booth for the Westin Nanjing: market scenes, warm materials and the daily cup of coffee, turning a service counter into a small stage for the city.
Challenge
Design a compact coffee booth that feels rooted in the city, not only a service counter.
Strategy
Draw on Qiu Ying’s Ming dynasty painting of bustling city life in the south.

明代畫家仇英筆下的江南，街市熙來攘往，人聲不斷。我們把這份熱鬧縮進一座外帶咖啡亭：市集場景、溫潤的材質，加上每天早上那杯咖啡，讓一個服務櫃台也成為城市的小舞台。
挑戰
設計一座小巧的咖啡亭，不只是服務櫃台，更要扎根這座城市。
策略
取材明代仇英筆下江南城市的熱鬧市井。
解決
市集場景、溫潤材質與每日咖啡儀式，在這座小小的城市舞台交會。
