Life in Winter
Seasonal Window Display · Regent Museum, Taipei
When snow falls, the world seems to stand still, yet life is stirring underneath. We set Cindy Chao’s sculptural jewels back into that kind of nature: floral forms glowing like lanterns in the snow, slowly waking from the silence. The installation is modular, so the next season it was rearranged into a new landscape.
Challenge
Present sculptural jewelry as part of nature, not as static objects in a window.
Strategy
Design a modular installation that could be reconfigured for a second season instead of being remade.

季節櫥窗・台北晶華酒店藝術珠寶典藏館
雪落下來的時候，世界看似靜止，生命其實正在底下醞釀。我們讓 Cindy Chao 雕塑般的珠寶回到這樣的自然裡：花形在雪中透出燈籠般的微光，像是從寂靜裡慢慢甦醒。整組裝置以模組設計，到了下一季重新組合，又是另一幅風景。
挑戰
讓雕塑般的珠寶回到自然之中，而不是櫥窗裡靜止的展品。
策略
設計模組化裝置，第二季重新組合即可沿用，不必重做。
解決
花形在雪中如燈籠般透出微光，生命彷彿從靜謐裡緩緩萌發。
